• No order will be confirmed/processed without payment
• Customers are requested to submit fit body measurements only.
• Orders begin processing only after full details, measurements and payment are received.
• Any delay in providing measurements, confirmations, or approvals may extend the production timeline.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric batches.
• Customers are responsible for placing their orders early enough to allow time for shipping, amendments, fittings, adjustments, and preparation for their occasion.
• Return and exchange of customized measured items is applicable only when item is defective
  and/or does not match the displayed dress color or design.
• Size may vary by +/- 0.5 inch and is not considered as incorrect size.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements before placing an order.

لا يُقبل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المُخصصة إلا في حالة وجود عيب أو عدم تطابق المنتج مع لون أو تصميم الفستان المعروض

قد يختلف المقاس بمقدار +/- 0.5 انج، ولا يُعتبر مقاسًا غير صحيح

يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية التأكد من دقة القياسات قبل تقديم الطلب

• There will be extra seam allowance inside every dress for approximately 3 inches which allows future dress alterations
• Customers must provide accurate measurements.
• Lra Line is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated measurements submitted by the customer.
• If the item does not match the measurements provided by the customer, it will be corrected at no cost for local orders only.
• Customers are required to submit accurate fit body measurements only. Please avoid adding any extra allowance, comfort, or ease.
• All necessary ease, enlargement, and adjustments will be added by Lra Line according to the dress design, fabric type, and construction requirements. If the customer prefers a specific amount of ease or wishes to submit final ready measurements, they must inform us at the time of placing the order.
• If no instructions regarding ease are provided, this will be considered an approval of the ease amount added by Lra Line based on professional judgment.
• Lra Line is not responsible for incorrect results due to inaccurate or incomplete measurements submitted by the customer.
•  Lra Line is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by the use of incorrect or faulty measuring tapes by the customer.

        ستقوم شركة لرا لاين بإضافة جميع السهولة والتوسيعات والتعديلات اللازمة وفقًا لتصميم الفستان ونوع القماش ومتطلبات التصميم. إذا فضّل العميل درجة معينة من السهولة أو رغب في تقديم قياسات نهائية جاهزة، فعليه إبلاغنا بذلك عند تقديم الطلب

      في حال عدم تقديم أي تعليمات من قبل الزبون بخصوص السهولة والتوسيعات، يُعتبر ذلك موافقةً من لرا لاين على درجة السهولة المضافة من لرا لاين بناءً على تقدير مهني
