• Refunds and exchange are only applicable if the item is defective or if Lra Line fails to deliver the garment within the agreed or advertised timeframe.
• Amendments, exchanges, and refunds are eligible within 7 days from the date of receipt
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take around 2 weeks.
• Amendments service is available for local orders inside Kingdom of Bahrain ONLY.
• Sizing amendments include shortening the dress from the lower edge, making it smaller, or making it bigger ONLY. Shortening may not be possible if the dress has borders or heavy design details.
• Please note: a size variation of ±0.5 inch is considered acceptable and not an incorrect size.
• Amendments unrelated to defects, as well as sizing amendments that require heavy or complex work, are subjected to Lra Line’s approval and may be chargeable. Service fees will be determined based on the required changes.
• Amendments unrelated to defects or sizing errors are subject to the approval of Lra Line Fashion.
• Amendments require 3–5 working days for items with defects or size errors, and 7–10 working days for customer-requested changes. Duration may vary during high-volume seasons.
• Amendments for urgent orders are processed within our standard timeframe. Lra Line is not responsible for completing amendments in shorter periods.
• Delivery fees are refundable only if the item is defective or if Lra Line is at fault (such as incorrect item or delay beyond the agreed timeline). For all other cases, delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Amendments unrelated to defects or measurement mismatches are subject to Lra Line’s approval.
• In case if the customer has given incorrect measurements or wishes to make an
  amendment to the order, delivery fees of 2BD will be charged for two-way domestic
  shipping and Lra Line Fashion will offer FREE minor sizing amendments.
• Amendments are available only once per order
• If the item does not match the measurements provided by the customer or has any defects, domestic delivery will be provided FREE of charge.
• To evaluate any reported defects, damage, or sizing concerns, customers may be required to provide clear photos of the unworn dress.
• Photos must include:

​1.      The relevant area of concern.

​2.      A measuring tape placed flat over the garment for verification.

​3.      Full dress images if necessary for assessment

• In case of any refund or exchange, Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, stains, or damage caused after receiving the order.
• Return, exchange, or amendment eligibility is determined only after Lra Line reviews the submitted photos and measurements.

  تتم معالجة تعديلات الطلبات العاجلة ضمن الإطار الزمني القياسي لدينا. لرا لاين غير مسؤولة عن إكمال التعديلات في فترات أقصر

    رسوم التوصيل قابلة للاسترداد فقط في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو في حالة تقصير لرا لاين (مثل تنفيذ فستان غير صحيح أو تأخير في تسليم الطلب في الموعد المحدد). في جميع الحالات الأخرى، تكون رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد

التعديلات متاحة مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب

 في حال عدم تطابق المنتج مع القياسات التي قدمها العميل أو وجود أي عيوب، فسيتم توفير خدمة التوصيل المحلي مجانًا

  لتقييم أي عيوب أو تلف أو استفسارات حول المقاسات، قد يُطلب من العملاء تقديم صور واضحة للفستان غير ملبوس
